Santo Antonio is one of the oldest district in Lisbon living side by side the famous Av. da Liberdade (1min walking) is very quite and calm.  It is full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon life.  The streets are a cobbled maze of historical buildings, traditional cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, that sit alongside the newer trendy and luxury places that indicate how young people are returning to revitalize the neighborhood.

Santo Antonio is spread between Liberty Avenue and Campo Martires da Patria. It's within walking distance from the city center (Baixa and Chiado 5min) and boasts some amazing views from lookouts, of the most trendy bars and restaurants of Lisbon.

The apartment is in a residential building and neighborhood, so we kindly ask you not to make noise after 23h. Smoking inside the apartment is NOT allowed (smoke in the balcony please!)

CHECK IN - after 3 PM

CHECK OUT- until 12 PM

Monday to Sunday Check-in from 3 PM to 10 PM is free of charge.

Particular situations:

Additional 20€ for check-in from 11PM to 2 AM everyday

Additional 20€ for keeping your luggage from 6 AM until 3 PM (Check in)

Additional 20€ for keeping your luggage after 12 PM (Check Out) until 8 PM

As fellow travelers, we understand that travel is often accompanied with unavoidable delays.

Please let us know as soon as possible of any delays on agreed times. Please recall that we will go to the apt on purpose to meet you. If you have a delay of more than 30 min, and did not tell us in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to leave the apt. On that case, you must call us when you arrive so that we go back to the apt to check you in.  AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF 20€ will be charged.

Using the house:

1.       Please always lock the door and close the windows when you leave the house;

2.       If you wish to use the washing machine, please first read carefully the instructions;

3.       The trash bags should be left on the street, next to the door, after 7PM (except on Sundays);

4.      Please turn off the AC if you are not at home;

5.       Do not unplug any device connected in the house;

6.       Do not eat or drink in the room(s);

7.       It's forbidden to receive guest at the house.

8.       Using the FIRE PLACE: The guests will be responsible to use properly the fire place in the living room, we will provide you a FREE 10KG of wood for own use (from November to February). ATTENTION - extra wood will be charge 1€ / KG (package of minimum 10Kg), and will be delivery under demand.

We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, microwave, dishwasher. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, there's an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. You'll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺You can find also tourist information in the apartment…but we will share some already with you.
